Adriana has a background as an investments analyst with experience working for leading Private Equity firms in Mexico.

As a PE professional, she has been involved in investments and operations in industries such as logistics, hospitality, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, retail and education. Among her accomplishments, she led the acquisition, monitoring and value creation projects for a cold storage logistics company.

Adriana was born in Mexico and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM). In 2021, Adriana passed the CFA Level III exam.

With over a decade of marketing expertise, Alejandra is a passionate B2B marketer dedicated to driving demand generation and brand awareness through a holistic 360° strategy that blends creativity and analytics to deliver impactful results. 

With experience within industries such as AEC and Tech, Alejandra is an expert in orchestrating ABM, branding, communications, and content initiatives, among others, while implementing Marketing Automation and Inbound Marketing campaigns—a dedicated marketer with a transformative approach, strategic prowess, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Prior joining ProximityParks, Alejandra worked for companies such as The Beck Group and Tec de Monterrey. Alejandra holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Tec de Monterrey and many certifications from Digital Marketing to Communications.

Alberto is an engineer with over 10 years of experience in facilities management and project coordination, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

Throughout his career, Alberto has held key roles such as Facilities Operations Lead at WeWork, Engineering Supervisor at Star Medica Hospitals, and Facilities Operations Lead at Hilton Garden Inn Guadalajara Airport, among others. His expertise in managing maintenance teams, overseeing budgets, and implementing operational improvements will be invaluable to our Property Management team.

Alberto holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from UNITEC Universidad Tecnológica de México and a specialization in project management at Universidad La Salle(ULSA).

Alfonso is a real estate investment professional with 6+ years of experience in both private and public investment vehicles.

He started his career at Prologis, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)  and the leading industrial real estate owner worldwide, where he was part of the Capital Deployment Team overseeing the REIT’s investment activity in Mexico. He then transitioned to TC Latin America Partners, a real estate private equity firm where he was responsible for the management of the fund’s portfolio in Mexico, the investment pipeline, and the execution of new investments.

Throughout his career, Alfonso has participated in the management of ~USD $945 MM across several real estate asset classes. Alfonso joined ProximityParks in 2022 and is responsible for the management of the firm’s investment processes.

Alfonso holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, where he was an Academic Excellence scholar, and a pre-MBA diploma from Harvard Business School.

Alfredo García is an experienced professional in property and facilities management with a specialization in distribution centers.

With over two decades of experience in maintenance and infrastructure, he has focused on planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance plans. As part of the Soriana team during the integration process of the Gigante and Comercial Mexicana supermarkets at the national level, he achieved significant developments in maintenance plans and reengineering of equipment and facilities, resulting in energy savings.

Before joining ProximityParks, Alfredo worked for supermarket and real estate companies, including Walmart, Soriana, and Oxxo.

Alfredo was born in Mexico City (CDMX) and studied Industrial Engineering at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

Before joining ProximityParks, Alfredo trained with several well-known accounting firms such as Lawbiz, DELOITTE, Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México, on topics such as transfer pricing, accounting for insurance institutions, and international financial reporting standards.

He has two years of work experience in direct and indirect taxes at Gleza Berast y Asociados S.C.  where he was in charge of carrying out the tax obligations of legal entities.

Alfredo is a graduate at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

Andrea has extensive experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, real estate development, and government procedures. Throughout her career, she has worked with various real estate companies, ranging from medium value residential properties to high-value residential developments in Mexico City and the State of Mexico.

Before joining ProximityParks, Andrea worked at Origina, a construction and real estate company, where she was responsible for coordinating and supervising the procedures involving different private or state entities for the development of high-value residential housing.

Andrea holds a degree in engineering and architecture from the National Polytechnic Institute, which has equipped her with the necessary technical and design skills to excel in her profession. Her expertise in business, negotiations, and governmental procedures makes her a valuable asset to any organization in the real estate industry.

Angel is an architect with significant experience in schematic and design development, as well as in the production of construction documents. He has been directly involved in construction supervision and in dealing with clients. Throughout his career, Angel has worked in both the private and public sectors, participating in various residential and urban development projects. 

Prior to joining ProximityParks, Angel worked at the renowned design firm Ware Malcomb, an architectural firm that specializes in industrial projects, as production coordinator. 

Angel has a deep passion for social responsibility and likes to contribute his skills to various public causes. In the aftermath of the 2017 earthquake in Mexico, he teamed up with civil organizations to support their redevelopment and restructuring projects.

Angel graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at UNAM.

Azul is a financial leader with two decades of experience. She has a comprehensive background in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, financial planning, taxes, accounting, audit, compliance and private equity.  Her track record reflects a knack for streamlining processes, automating functions, and delivering accurate financial analyses crucial for executive decision-making.

Azul's professional journey includes serving as CFO at Southlight Capital, where she adeptly led the finance and accounting team. Her strategic contributions were instrumental in successfully integrating platforms during the merger with Colony Capital (DigitalBridge) and later guiding the separation to establish Southlight Capital as an independent private equity firm. Prior to this role, Azul served as Treasurer at Kimberly Clark Mexico and Head of Investor Relations at Grupo Bimbo, demonstrating expertise in financial strategy, investment management, and stakeholder communication.

Azul's multifaceted skills underscore her success in exceeding organizational goals and delivering strategic value throughout her career. Azul holds a Public Accounting degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Antonio is an automation and control engineer with extensive experience managing and maintaining critical property systems.

Prior to joining ProximityParks, Antonio was Maintenance Manager at Gicsa, where he oversaw maintenance and project management of electrical installations, air conditioning, and automation systems. Prior to that, he served as Facility Manager at CBRE for Nestlé's Central Offices and JLL for Schneider Plant, among others. Antonio's expertise lies in overseeing critical system maintenance, project development, and ensuring operational efficiency in high-stakes environments. His technical skills will strengthen our Property Management team.

Antonio holds a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from IPN ESIME Zacatenco and a diploma in Intelligent Building Technology from the Mexican Institute of Intelligent Buildings.

Diana is an accountant with ample experience in admin and tax accounting. Through her 12-years long professional career, she has worked across multiple industries, including pharma, oil & gas, retail and hospitality, however, her main area of focus for the last 5 years has been real estate asset management.

Prior to joining ProximityParks, she worked at Matas Lorenzo S.C., a well know accounting firm in Mexico that services international clients such as PGIM (Prudential), as the leader of a team that was responsible for the accounting books and taxes of more that 120 clients.

Diana holds a bachelor's’ degree in accounting from UNAM.

Diego began his real estate career in 2016 as a broker and has since acquired substantial work experience in various sectors such as office, retail and industrial, the latter being his main area of expertise. Prior to joining ProximityParks, Diego worked for three and a half years at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on tenant representation and landlord advisory in operations ranging from leasing, sales, sale & leaseback and opinions of value. Throughout his career Diego has created strong and continuing relationships with companies, tenants, investors and other brokers, which will be a great asset during in his career at ProximityParks.

Diego holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing degree from Universidad del Valle de México.

Gerardo is an executive with 40 years of experience in the areas of management, administration, finance, and strategy, including over 21 years of experience in the industrial real estate industry. From 2001 to 2022, Gerardo served as Vice President and CFOof FINSA, one of Mexico's largest industrial developers. During his time atFINSA, Gerardo coordinated the sale of three portfolios with over 2.6 million square meters and a cumulative value of USD $1.8 billion. Gerardo led the establishment of three international Joint Ventures (JVs) with USD $350 million in capital commitments. In Mexico, he raised over USD $1.1 billion through three structured vehicles (CKDs and CERPIS) with the participation of seven Afores. In addition to this, he also managed over USD $1.4 billion in debt that was invested alongside the capital raised.

Gerardo served on the Board of Directors of FINSA and played a key role in CKD I, CKD II, and FONDO FINSA III, where he also served on the Investment and Finance Committees. In2019, he was selected for the "CFO of the Year" awarded by the MexicanInstitute of Finance Executives (IMEF), ranking in the top 5 out of a total of100 participants.

He graduated in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM), holds aMaster's degree in Administration and Finance from ITESM, and has completed aPostgraduate program in Administration from the Instituto Panamericano de AltaDirección Empresarial (IPADE), as well as various finance courses at theUniversity of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Estefania is a results-driven professional financial analyst with experience working for investment funds in multiple industries including hospitality, retail, education and real estate. She has been mostly involved in the acquisition, monitoring and value creation of projects for private real estate development funds. Estefania has experience in leveraging financial strategies that help excel company goals. Estefanía was born in Mexico and has a degree in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM)

Elideth is an architect with experience being the link between architecture and construction directly at the site. Elideth joined ProximityParks as a young talent while still at school, and due to her performance after graduating she joined as a full-time Site Supervisor. Prior to joining ProximityParks, she worked with Casa de Cultura de Cuautla, where she was responsible for developing the architectural project and supervising the design during construction. Elideth is proficient in several design and rendering software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, SketchUp, Rhinoceros, V-Ray, Twinmotion, among others.

Elideth graduated with a degree in Architecture from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

Gustavo is an architect with experience in design and project management under a BIM methodology.
During his professional career, Gustavo worked in Behnisch Architekten, a leading European architecture firm
located in Germany, as part of multicultural and multidisciplinary team, designing mix-use complexes.
Afterwards, he worked in the public sector in Mexico, participating in the planification, design, budgets,
construction, and documentation of over 100 construction projects.
Gustavo studied architecture at Tec de Monterrey (ITESM) and has a Certification as Project Manager by PMI.

With over 20 years of experience, Enrique's expertise includes coordinating high-risk maintenance operations and managing large-scale projects that require precise execution and attention to detail.

Before joining ProximityParks, Enrique worked at JLL and Bauhaus, overseeing preventive maintenance at assigned properties such as BBVA Tower and Banorte. At ProximityParks, he oversees property maintenance, ensuring that all systems and operations run efficiently and safely to provide our tenant’s superior service.  

Enrique holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

Hector is an experienced lawyer who, prior to joining ProximityParks, worked for 6 years at Galicia Abogados, one of the most important top-tier law firms in Mexico. As part of Hector´s experience, he participated in several matters advising local and foreign companies and private equity funds in the stock and asset sales, acquisitions, investments, divestments, restructurings and joint ventures in the real estate, retail, energy, manufacture, transport, insurance and other non-bank industries in Mexico.

Hector studied Law at Universidad Panamericana and holds an LLM (Master of Laws) from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he graduated with honors. Additionally, Hector has specialized courses in Trading Fundamentals and Portfolio Management from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (Madrid), Essentials of US Tax International Law from New York University and Introduction to the US Legal System from Fordham University in New York.

Hugo is an experienced real estate professional who, prior to joining ProximityParks, worked for 6 years at the most accomplished Industrial Team in CBRE Mexico, where he became the youngest partner ever admitted. Throughout his career he has been involved in Leasing, Sales, Valuations, Investment Sales, Sale & Leaseback transactions, Build-To-Suit projects, Portfolio Dispositions and Advisory for all types of Industrial Real Estate.

Because of his experience in the industrial real estate market, his understanding of the real estate cycle and his comprehension of both technical and financial aspects of an investment or development project, he is able to provide innovative, well-rounded and value-added solutions to the investment and commercial processes of our business.

Hugo studied Architectural Design at Universidad Iberoamericana and holds a Certification in Real Estate Development by ULI (Urban Land Institute) and a Certification in FIBRAS (REITS) by Universidad Anahuac. Hugo has earned the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) as well as PIC (Profesional Inmobiliario Certificado).

Jaime started his career in supply chain having worked for Procter & Gamble in warehouse consolidation and supply chain optimization projects both in Mexico and Spain. He then spent three years at Kearney doing consulting projects in logistics, consumer goods, food & beverage, banking, among others. He was also part of the investment team at a private equity fund in Mexico.

Fernando is an engineer with experience in facility maintenance and project coordination. His role at ProximityParks involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of our properties, ensuring operational efficiency.  

Prior to joining ProximityParks, Fernando worked at JLL and Sodexo, among other companies, coordinating maintenance tasks and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Fernando's background in electromechanical systems and hands-on approach to problem-solving have allowed him to lead maintenance teams and optimize facility operations successfully.

Fernando holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Tecnológica de México (UNITEC).

Jhoana is an architect by training, with experience in various relevant areas such as design, engineering and planning. Jhoana started her career in the public sector in the design and supervision of improvements to urban spaces for the Mexico City Government. Later she joined an architectural & engineering studio where she participated in projects for corporate offices for Uber and Citibank in Mexico City. She holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico).

Jorge is an experienced architect with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the field of architecture and construction. His journey has been marked by his involvement in a wide range of projects, from hospitality projects to the construction of luxury residences and commercial complexes. Jorge is known for his focus on meticulous planning, budget control, and effective coordination, all essential elements for success in his field.

 Throughout his career, Jorge has held various roles, from leading his own architecture firm to coordinating projects at construction and real estate companies, such as Postensa. His unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency is reflected in the implementation of software tools and project control systems in his endeavors.

Jorge holds a degree in engineering and architecture from the National Polytechnic Institute, which has equipped him with the necessary technical and design skills to excel in his profession.

Alejandro is a specialized accountant with more than fifteen years of work experience in leading Mexican companies.

He has spent the last six years working at Thor Urbana, an important Mexican Real Estate developer in partnership with Thor Equities US, where he was responsible for the entire financial administration, accounting and control of development projects as well as the company-broad implementation of an ERP System and the streamlining of accounting processes.

Alejandro holds a BA in accounting with a focus on tax from the Escuela Superior de Estudios Humanisticos (ESEH).

José Luis is an experienced property manager who started his career as a fire protection systems designer and specialist, working at various Automotive Manufacturing facilities across Mexico.  

Prior to joining Proximity Parks, José Luis was a Regional Property Manager at O'Donnell, a reputable industrial real estate developer in Mexico. In this role, José Luis developed the procedures and guidelines for the Property Management department, increasing customer satisfaction and achieving the company’s goals for the management and maintenance of their industrial parks’ portfolio. Prior to that, José Luis worked as a Security and Maintenance Specialist for Audi Mexico.

José Luis was born in Morelia Michoacan and studied Mechanical Engineering at the Instituto Tecnologico de Morelia.

Since 2003, Juan is the founder and director of Grupo Logyt, a supply chain consultancy focused on design, integration, transformation and operation of Supply Chains across the Consumer, Pharma, Retail, Logistics and Home Appliance industries.

Before that, Juan spent 22 years in Procter & Gamble across different areas and geographies, ultimately being the Supply Chain Director for Mexico & Central America as well as being responsible for all import/export operations in Latin America.

Juan studied Chemical Engineering at the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana in Mexico City and the AD2 Management Program at IPADE.

Laura is an accountant with over 8 years of experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining ProximityParks, she worked at Grupo Gwep, a renowned real estate development company, for 4 years. There, she served as the head of the income department and focused her efforts on customer experience and satisfaction. Laura managed a portfolio of properties with important tenants in the government and private sectors.

Laura graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from UIN.

Born in the Netherlands, Lennard is an innovative entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in operating businesses and real estate investing.

While attending university at age 21, Lennard co-founded Aethon and grew it into a leading healthcare and government services provider in Europe with more than 2500 employees. In 2017, he sold the majority of his company to a reputable private equity fund and transferred from CEO to non-executive board member. Throughout those years, he had fueled his passion for real estate by investing in residential and commercial properties.

Then in 2017, he relocated with his family to Mexico and co-founded ProximityParks, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm, with a pure play focus on building the largest, most environmentally friendly, and highest-performing portfolio of last mile logistics industrial properties in the Americas. Between 2014 and 2019, Lennard was the elected to be global chairman for the Emerging Young Entrepreneurs Society which is a first class community that connects entrepreneurial leaders from all over the world. Lennard studied Business Administration at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and M&A Executive Education at London Business School.

Maque is an organizational psychologist who is deeply passionate about business culture, interpersonal relationships and people development.

Prior to joining ProximityParks, Maque worked at WeWork and PUBLICO, both well-known coworking services companies. There she was tasked with promoting growth and leading experience-focused projects for clients and their internal teams.

Throughout her career, she has developed valuable skills and expertise in key areas for ProximityParks, such as, talent attraction, development, and retention, as well as in high-performance and inclusive cultures, with the aim to increasing job satisfaction and creating a strong commitment to the company from all team members.

Maque holds a psychology degree from UPAEP.

Marco Aguilar is an accountant with a keen interest in the field of taxation. Prior to joining ProximityParks, he gained valuable experience working at a public relations agency where he served clients such as Procter & Gamble and American Express, among others. In his role there, Marco was responsible for monitoring overdue accounts, conducting customer and bank revaluations, maintaining accurate accounting records, performing bank reconciliations, and handling invoicing tasks.

Marco holds a degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

Mario is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and real estate developer, with a nineteen-year track record of generating strong returns across market cycles. Since 2005, he has led the structuring, acquisition, development, and/or asset management of over USD $1 billion in light-industrial, retail, residential, and corporate office properties.

In 2017, Mario co-founded ProximityParks, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm, with a pure play focus on building the largest, most environmentally friendly, and highest-performing portfolio of last mile logistics industrial properties in the Americas. ProximityParks is the pioneer in its field and has quickly become the leading player in Mexico, where it has a growing portfolio of over 3.5 M sqft, across Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara. 

Mario has a substantial network in the North American real estate communities and provides a deep understanding of the investment and development processes, as well as fund and asset management expertise.

Mario studied Finance at Monterrey Tech and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Marino is a dynamic architect with experience spanning the diverse phases of architecture, from conceptualization to construction documentation and project completion.

Prior to joining ProximityParks, Marino worked at Ware Malcomb and IMSS, delivering successful projects across various sectors, including office, industrial, residential, and retail. His expertise lies in producing architectural models, construction documents, schedules, and specifications within a BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflow. Marino provides ProximityParks with proficiency in the BIM methodology, ensuring seamless integration of all building components into the BIM model, as well as drafting intricate drawings and performing rigorous quality control on such models. 

With a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM), and several technical certifications, Marino brings a holistic and innovative BIM-based approach to our Architecture department.

Mark is a seasoned investment professional who has played a leading role in the execution of over $3 billion of private equity, real estate, mezzanine, venture capital and leveraged buyout transactions in Latin America, US, Europe and Africa. In addition to Mark’s role at ProximityParks, he currently serves as a Senior Advisor and member of the Investment Committee at: Helios Investment Partners, the largest Africa-focused private equity firm with more than $3B of funds under management; and SKS Investments, a leading San Francisco based real estate investment and development firm. Mark also serves as a member of the Investment Committee of the Strategic Investment Fund at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Prior to assuming the above roles, Mark was a full-time Partner at Helios Investment Partners. Previously, he served as a Principal of TPG Capital in the US and as a Managing Director of Newbridge Latin America (TPG), where he ran the firm’s Brazil office.

From 2013-2017, he was a lecturer at Stanford GSB, where he co-taught a course on private equity in frontier markets. He also serves on the board of directors of two Helios portfolio companies, Petrobras Oil & Gas B.V., and Africatel B.V.

Mark has a M.Sc. (International Finance and Accounting) from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.S. (Finance) from the American University, where he graduated, summa cum laude. He is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Brazil and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Tani is a finance professional with experience in financial modeling, investor relations, and strategic consulting.

Before joining ProximityParks, she worked at Grupo Addem, where she specialized in financial modeling, investor materials, and relationship management. Her expertise spans finance and strategic consulting across various industries, managing high-level relationships, and leading teams of analysts to optimize business models and cash flows. She has also acquired valuable experience and skills by supporting M&A transactions and capital raising efforts from the on set of her career.

Tani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Matt is Managing Partner of Development Capital, LLC a private investment firm headquartered in New York City. The firm invests in a wide variety of financial assets with a history in financial services, emerging markets and real estate. Matt joined Development Capital in 2002 to manage the firm’s private investments and was co-founder and general partner of Aperture Venture Partners, an early-stage investment management firm focused on healthcare. In 2008, he transitioned to head Development Capital’s investment efforts in emerging markets, devoting significant attention to public and private investments in frontier markets in Africa. Matt is a co-founder and Managing Member of EECP, LLC which invests in a broad array of private real estate opportunities in the USA.

Prior to Development Capital, Matt worked at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Global Corporate Finance group on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions in the technology, industrial and consumer goods industries.

He serves on the Board of the Future Fund for Education, TechnoServe’s Global Advisory Council and is an Advisor to ALforEducation. He served as a term member at the Council on Foreign Relations and on the Board of Trustees of the Trinity School. Matt has a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.

Mizael is an engineer with more than 12 years of experience in the construction, project management and development of industrial and commercial properties.

Before joining ProximityParks, Mizael worked as a regional construction manager for Finsa, which is the largest industrial developer in Latin America. At Finsa, Mizael led the development and construction of over 200 hectares of Class A industrial parks and over 180,000 sqm (1.9 M sqft) of industrial warehouses.

Prior to Finsa, Mizael worked at Hermosillo & Asociados, one of the top construction companies in Mexico, where he was involved in the construction of  more than 300,000 square meters of industrial buildings. Mizael holds a civil engineering degree from Monterrey Tech (ITESM).

Rebeca is an architect with nine years of experience supervising technical drawings and coordinating construction teams to ensure timely project completion.

Before joining ProximityParks, Rebeca worked at Grupo Arriaga, where she contributed to designing and supervising structures at ProximityParks locations like Coyoacán, Lomas Verdes, and Viaducto. She also contributed to the remodeling and maintenance of the new Estadio GNP complex, formerly known as Foro Sol. Rebeca's attention to detail ensures that every project she manages is completed to the highest standards, making her a valuable asset to the construction team.

Rafael is a civil engineer with significant experience in leading construction processes. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous large projects including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments and refurbishments. In earlier years he has worked for a leading Mexican real estate developer and took part in the development of 1,500+ single-family homes across Mexico.

He excels the management of the multi-disciplinary construction and maintenance teams in order to maximize efficiency in complex projects, while finishing projects on time and within budget.

He studied Civil Engineering at the Universidad La Salle.

Rodrigo is an experienced professional with over two decades in Property Management. Rodrigo's expertise is to drive efficiency and excellence in technological development, maintenance, security, and facility operations.

Prior to joining ProximityParks, Rodrigo was Senior Facilities Manager North Latam at WeWork, overseeing the operation and maintenance of 26 buildings in Mexico and 2 in Costa Rica. His responsibilities included budgeting, security, health, and safety at the corporate level. Prior to that, Rodrigo served as Manager of Infrastructure at Star Medica Hospitals, where he managed maintenance plans for 14 hospitals, implemented process improvements, and ensured the optimal condition of critical systems and buildings. Importantly, his previous experience includes leadership roles in the hospitality sector, first as Maintenance Manager at City Express Hoteles and more recently as Engineering Director at the St. Regis Mexico City Hotel. Rodrigo provides a wealth of operational experience in high-touch and customer centric industries, as well as proven leadership skills, and is tasked with building a world-class property management department at ProximityParks. 

Rodrigo holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Technological University of Mexico UNITEC, and a Diploma in Engineering from the Northern College Academy in Toronto.

Rodrigo is an industrial and systems engineer, specialized in the logistics sector and has extensive knowledge of optimization of storage and transport processes. Prior to joining ProximityParks, Rodrigo gained relevant work experience at the logistics front of world-class companies such as DHL, Traxión Logistics, and GEODIS. Throughout his professional career, he has developed multiple logistic solutions for many types of customers such as pharma, retail, automotive, apparel, and FMCG. Always looking for continuous improvement and technology implementation.

Rodrigo studied Industrial and Systems Engineering at Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, finance diploma at Iberoamericana University, and currently studying an MBA at Palermo's University.

Sofia is an internationalist with vast experience and skills in diplomacy, public relations, education, and management. She is committed to maintaining and raising quality standards through strategic planning, logistics, and communication.

Before joining ProximityParks, Sofia worked as an educator, art curator, and diplomatic aid, allowing her to obtain valuable expertise in her professional development and honing her ability for empathy, and nurturing professional relationships - furthering her passion for empowering people to reach their full potential.

Sofia holds a degree in international relations from the University of Monterrey.

Tania is an architect with a focus on conscious construction and a great passion for sustainability.

Before joining ProximityParks she worked for 2 years on the commercial projects team at BBVA (the largest bank in Mexico) where she participated in the development of several LEED Volume Certified Projects.

Tania has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a Diploma in Sustainable Building. She is also a LEED AP BD+C.

Tania is a graphic designer and visual communicator specialized in photography, branding, packaging design and digital campaigns.

She started as a graphic designer at the Marango EC agency working with accounts such as Mission Foods, Grupo Elementia, Salud Digna, among others. Later, she ventured into the health sector with the company Comaudi, specialized in audiology and industrial materials for soundproofing spaces.

Before joining ProximityParks, she worked at the company Qualtia Alimentos where she was responsible for developing POP materials, internal communication, product packaging and ecommerce campaigns for brands such as Zwanenberg, Johnsonville, Caperucita, Sartori, Zwan Bienestar, Zwan, Peperami, KIR, Kraft, Arreo Beef, among others.

Tania has a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a diploma in typography, calligraphy and lettering from the UNAM Postgraduate Unit.

Victor is a trained accountant with more than 9 years of experience  in bookkeeping and financial reporting for real estate focused clients.

Prior to joining ProximityParks, he worked at Matas Lorenzo S.C., a well known accounting firm in Mexico. Victor was a member of the team that was responsible for the production of financial reports for all private and publicly traded real estate investment vehicles sponsored by PGIM (Prudential), one of the firm’s main clients.
