Financial Management Jr. Analyst

ProximityParks is a Real Estate Private Equity firm that invests in and develops urban industrial parks for last mile logistics across the Mexico’s main cities. You will be working with the finance team in the challenging and ever evolving task of managing our various Funds and affiliate entities finances, and the capital accounts of our network of investors around the world.

The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a smart, authentic person with uncompromising values who is passionately entrepreneurial and has an undergraduate degree in finance, engineering, accounting or economics, recently graduated or with up to 1 year of work experience.

The work will take place at our Mexico City office, where you will:

• Work in administrative control:
• Contributions and Distributions of Investors.
• Fund and Portfolio Property Income and Expenses.
• Weekly cash reconciliation.
• Cash Planning for Portfolio Expenses.
• Trustee Relationship.
• Financial reconciliation with Accounting team for Properties and Funds Financials.
• Maintain Property budget and financials in our software (Argus) up to date.
• Maintenance and uploading of information of Investor Portal (Intralinks/Dynamo).

Intellectual curiosity, abstract reasoning, a high degree of organization, being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to self-start are all qualities which will contribute to your success in this position. The expectation is that you are both interested in finance and Investment Fund Management and that you have well developed written and quantitative skills in Spanish and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
